Are you curious about Yoga and Ayurveda? We offer you a first dip into Yoga asana, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and Yoga therapy – straight from Rishikesh, India into your living room. Our new online course was created during the global lockdown caused by COVID-19 to make our knowledge available to you, no matter where you are! 

We built a 3-day course suitable for Yoga beginners or practitioners who want to dive deeper into the world of Yoga. Our knowledge is brought to you by authentic Indian teachers with years of teaching experience.

Our online classes are live teachings, no pre-recordings. That way, we will be able to adjust your asanas and you will be able to interact with us and ask questions at any time.

Yoga Asana

No matter whether you’re a beginner or whether you’ve already had some experiences on the mat – we teach you proper alignment of asanas in a methodical and precise way.

Philosophy

Learn about the rich philosophical background of Yoga and in which ways the essence of this holistic life-view can be integrated into modern lifestyle.

Pranayama

Pranayama can be translated as ‚control of breath‘. We’re going to teach you different breathing exercises and their effect on your body and mind.

Meditation

Learn how to build concentration and focus in your daily practice by practicing meditation. We will show you a range of various meditation techniques.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda translated means ’knowledge of life and longevity’ and is an ancient Indian system of medicine with holistic approach. We will give you an overview over Ayurveda and how Ayurvedic science helps in Yogic life.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy teaches you how to use asanas, pranayama, meditation and more to address your individual physical, mental and emotional needs and challenges.

good to know

For our online course, you need a laptop or smartphone, a good internet connection and well functioning speakers or headphones to access our classes. For the asana classes, you need a couple of comfortable clothes, a Yoga mat, 2 Yoga blocks, a Yoga belt, a bolster and a quiet place to practice. A notebook or papers to take your own notes is highly recommended. Coursebooks will be sent to you as PDF before the start of the course.

Our courses will be held in english, however one doesn’t need to be an advanced english speaker. Yoga connects through spirit and emotions and all exercises will be shown in a practical way.

5:00 – 6:30pm Yoga Asana Practice

6:30 – 7:30pm Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, Meditation

7:45 – 8:45pm Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy

All hours in IST – Indian time.
